My son attended Kindergarten at Stewart Creek Elementary this year and he really enjoyed his classroom experience. I found the teacher to be VERY helpful, available, and responsive to any questions I had as a parent, and I was impressed with how the school recruited parental involvement for special functions. Way to go Stewart Creek Elementary!

If you want your child to be screamed at on a daily basis by the teacher, Stewart Creek is the way to go. It is appalling to me how the majority of mothers have complained, and there has been no improvement. How can these people get away with this, I will never understand.

Lets not blame SCE,it is only a building. The problem is with the staff but when the principal is not held accountable herself what do you expect. I do not recommand this school for any child unless the parents have all day every day to make sure there children are being treated fairly. And don't bother going to the superintendent or the assistant superintendent of administrative they will only tell you what you want to hear, then do nothing about it. And if there is a problem between your child and a teacher better make sure they have a voice recorder on them because it is the teacher's word against your child and they will always side with there staff. I can't believe how M.I.S.D lets them get away with it.

Stewart Creek is the WORSE school ever. There is no consistency in their teaching or their discipline. It is AWEFUL. I am sure their are some good teachers there but my son's is lazy and the principal and vice principal are aweful. If you can choose, choose Montgomery or one of the other elementary schools in the district. Stewart Creek does nooo fund raisers as the others do, they just send you constant notifications begging for money and donations.

My kids love going to school each day thanks to the teachers and staff at SCE. Thanks for all you do!

If this rating doesn't get posted, I'm withdrawing my membership. If you want honest answers on this site, based on facts, then post them. SCE has made it a practice to not keep parents informed. For those who are enthralled w/ the clean, attractive appearance, and attractive staff, ask your child's teacher to show you how they derive the grades...not just in general, but to SHOW you. Last year, my child was 'test' for any potential reading difficulties (after me asking for two years), and was 'tested' on a day he wasn't there. They will NOT tell you when tests are being administered in class b/c they don't know themselves. Ask your child's teacher when they will be giving the next test, and what should you study, and see what happens...

I am not the parent, (grandmother) I am very pleased with Stewart Creek Elmentary. We have six year old twins in Kindergarten. I like the way that the children interact with each other in such loving manner. School seems to really agree with them. Thanks, Janie Fisher

This school has been a huge disappointment. My son attended kindergarten at Bush in The Woodlands and his new first grade class is so far behind where he is. Parental involvement is minimal and the front office staff is not very helpful.

SCE is the absolute best place to be! Our daughter looks forward to going to school, loves her teachers (current and past), the staff and teachers are all kind, helpful people and we beleive our child is getting the best education.

The shcool is awsome...we were considering putting our son in private school, but after compairng, we felt SCE was a better option.

We moved to Montgomery Texas in the middle of the school year. Which the move was very hard on my child. Stewart Creek Elementary School, not only made my daughter feel welcomed, but also as a parent, I was greeted with the sweetest Staff. My daughter has learned so much, and is very content. I want to thank the Staff and my daughters teacher, whom has taught her so much. I recommend this school to all parents, for there children to attend. I've raised 3 older children that are grown, and there school they attended, was no where compared to Stewart Creek Elementary. It's the best ever!

Great campus. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Parents are welcome to visit the classrooms without prior notification to the teachers. My child attended for Pre-K and K and we moved to another district. I was confident when we moved that she would be ready for 1st grade, but to my surprise, she was better prepared than those coming from other districts. She is now in an advanced 1st grade class and is reading in a 3rd grade level.
